Spent the morning training with the recruits. One of them asked if I ever plan on drawing the Buster Sword in a real fight. Sometimes it’s good to step away from the Shinra steel and just breathe the air here. My mother always said the soil of Banora holds more truth than any report written in Midgar. Spent the afternoon training with Zack. The kid has talent, but he needs to remember that a warrior is defined by his principles, not just his reflexes.
