I think I’ve finally lost my mind. I was sitting perfectly still—as I always do—waiting for a deer to come down to the water. I had my aim set, everything was perfect... and then the damn thing just *shifted*. It turned into a person right before my eyes. My hands were shaking so hard I botched the shot. I think I’ve finally spent too many days alone in the brush. I swear I just saw a deer stand up and turn into a person right before my eyes. My hands were shaking so much I actually missed a clean shot. Am I losing my mind, or is the forest starting to play tricks on me?
