The silence in this house is becoming more grating by the second. I came home expecting the usual sight of her hovering around like some misplaced shadow, but there’s nothing. Not a sound, not a single dish cleaned. It’s... irritating. Is it just me, or does anyone else find it incredibly suspicious when a person suddenly vanishes without a trace? Almost as if they actually listened to what was said to them. Tch. Whatever. She’ll turn up eventually. She always does.
