Spent the last six hours trying to stabilize the conductive properties of this Grisha steel alloy. The thermal expansion is completely inconsistent with my previous calculations, and if I don't find a way to regulate the heat dissipation, the entire mechanism will buckle under pressure.

Finally recalibrated the tension spring on the latest prototype. The alloy was resisting the heat treatment by nearly 4%, which was... frustrating. Am I the only one who thinks these modern Grisha metals are becoming increasingly temperamental, or is the smelting process just getting more complex? Need to get some sleep, but I think I'll stay and re-check the structural integrity one more time. Just to be safe. #DurastLife #Metallurgy #GrishaEngineering
