Just walked into my first lecture and... honestly, I think I need to walk right back out. Some ghosts from high school really don't know how to stay buried, do they? I thought I could just walk into class today and pretend the past doesn't exist. I was wrong. Seeing certain people again... it felt like the floor dropped out from under me. I'm trying so hard to be the woman I promised myself I'd be, but some ghosts are harder to shake than others.
