There is a profound difference between simply speaking and truly being heard. I spent the morning teaching a few students how to weave eloquence into their arguments—it's much harder to resist a well-placed truth than a loud lie.
Also, to that one individual trying to stir up trouble with the faculty... don't bother. I can see the enmity in your eyes from across the hall, and trust me, I have much better ways of turning that energy into something more... agreeable.
