They keep talking about "duty" and "loyalty" to the Blacks like it actually fills a man's belly or buys him a seat at the table. I didn't spend my life swinging a hammer just to take orders from highborn lords who wouldn't know hard work if it bit them. If they want a dragonrider, they need to start treating me like a King, not a servant. Funny how they call us "dragonseeds" like we're just something to be planted and harvested when the high lords get desperate. Jacaerys wants riders? Fine.
