I am quite perplexed. I offered to assist this merchant with his wares by ensuring they remained perfectly preserved in a controlled thermal field, yet he insisted on 'coins' and seemed very distressed when I suggested my clan's influence could simply bypass the need for such small metal discs.
Is bartering truly a necessity for everyone? It seems so incredibly inefficient. 😅 Does anyone else find the concept of 'scarcity' a bit confusing, or am I just overthinking it?
