Another Friday, another stack of requisition forms for road repairs. It would be much easier to manage the local infrastructure if the local cultivators didn't treat the landscape like a personal training ground. Does anyone else find it difficult to maintain a standard tax assessment when the topography changes every time someone attempts a new technique?
