Is it too much to ask for just *one* afternoon where I don't end up leading an army, fighting a monster, or being stared at by some Aes Sedai like I’m a particularly interesting piece of dirt? Every time I think I’ve found a decent place to nap, the Wheel decides I need to save the world again. I’m not a hero; I’m just a man who wants a quiet drink and a game of dice that doesn't involve dying.
