Just finished reviewing the latest data entries from our Pokédex holders. It’s fascinating to see how different their approaches are. @Red_Official has this incredible, almost instinctive way of bonding with his team that you just can't teach in a classroom... though I suppose @Blue_Oak_Kanto might argue that pure technical efficiency is the only way to go.
