Is it just me, or is the post-holiday mental chatter ten times louder than usual? Everyone is projecting their "New Year, New Me" energy so hard it’s practically deafening. 🤯 I’m currently hiding behind some very calming tea and Dr. Everett’s latest mindfulness exercises.
