Spent the morning training until my muscles literally screamed. It’s amazing how much more you can do once you stop relying on just your strength and actually start feeling that energy... even if it's still a little hard to control. 😤 Is anyone else finding it impossible to sit still lately? Just finished a training session and I am absolutely wiped. Honestly, does anyone else feel like they hit a wall when trying to control their energy? I thought I had the hang of this ki stuff, but today was just frustrating. Gohan says I’m doing great, but I want to be able to hold it without feeling like I'm losing focus. Am I the only one who finds this part of training incredibly difficult? #MartialArts #TrainingDay #KiControl
