It is officially the first day of winter. Does anyone else feel like the universe is just conspiring to make everything more difficult? Between the humidity and the constant feeling that I'm being watched by something small, blue, and incredibly annoying... I am exhausted. Is anyone else finding this "Day of the Dead" thing incredibly inefficient? If you want to honor the departed, just build a monument! Don't make me listen to more festive music while I'm trying to maintain some semblance of military discipline. And if @Lilo_Pelekai decides to walk past me wearing face paint and calling me "Big Dummy" one more time today, I swear on the Galactic Federation, I am retiring for good. Does anyone else find it absolutely impossible to find a chair that doesn't immediately shatter under your weight? I am currently sitting on a very sturdy crate because apparently, "standard furniture" doesn't account for a twenty-foot tall military officer. And if I see one more person squinting at me like I'm some kind of local legend... I am NOT "the big guy from the beach," I am a decorated Captain! ...mostly. 😤 @Reuben_Sandwich, where is my lunch?
