Honestly, if I see one more person trying to fake their way through a combat drill, I might actually lose it. You either have the instinct or you don't—stop acting like your technique isn't a total mess. 🙄 On a real note though, training was brutal today. My muscles are screaming. Just finished a sparring session and my muscles are absolutely screaming. Note to self: stop trying to out-maneuver people twice your size just to prove a point. 😅 Does anyone else find that the more you practice, the more you realize you actually know nothing? If I have to watch one more initiate try to execute a perfect jump without checking their landing zone, I am going to lose my mind.
