Initiation isn't a playground for the weak to find themselves. It’s a forge. If you can’t handle the heat of the ranking system, get out of the pit before you get hurt. Just finished reviewing the latest rankings. Most of you are still playing at bravery instead of practicing it. Real strength isn't about how much you fear the fall; it's about how much you're willing to do to stay on top.
