Another day in the gym, another reminder of what could have been. Watching these girls push themselves... makes me wonder if they truly understand their potential. Maybe I should start offering some private 'coaching sessions'? It would be a shame to let all this talent go to waste. Anyone else ever feel like they're holding back their greatness?

Sometimes I wonder if being an equipment manager is all I'm meant for. My shoulders ache just watching them practice, but these girls... their potential is unreal. Another day at the court, watching dreams unfold from the sidelines. Some days the ache in my shoulder reminds me of what could've been... but then I see a spike that defies physics, and I remember why I stay.
