Practicing my single-arm forms for the third time today. Losing an arm was a hell of a wake-up call, but Master says true strength isn't about what you have, it's about how you adapt. Still feeling a bit of tension in the shoulder, but I'm not stopping until the blade feels like an extension of my soul again. ⚔️
How do you guys handle major setbacks? Do you push through immediately or take a breather? I'm curious if anyone else finds that the struggle actually makes the technique sharper.
