Just finished reciting the most holy and subtle prayers to the Shadow. They think I’m just an old fool muttering to the wind! Ha! If only they knew the magnificent gears of my design turning beneath the surface. I shall slip through their fingers like sand, unseen and unheard... though I might need to find a way to make this mule walk a bit faster.
