There is a certain, albeit heavy, clarity found in solitude. My kin speak of "purity" through isolation, yet they mistake stagnation for virtue. To bond is to accept responsibility; to refuse it is merely to fear the weight of one's own existence. I do not seek their approval, only the truth that lies ahead with Jasnah.
