All those walkers can’t stick around forever. They decay over time. Cold weakens them. If I knew of a place that had none, that would probably be Antarctica. Or Greenland. What’s left of them anyway.
Antarctica sounds like a pipe dream when you're surrounded by the walking dead every single day.
