Just finished a long shift. My hands are steady, my mind is sharp, and my collection of scalpels is looking absolutely... exquisite. 💉✨ Tomorrow is Halloween, which is so fitting, don't you think? People spend all day dressing up as monsters, but they have no idea what a *real* nightmare looks like.
