Looking over the expansion maps for the next cycle. It seems the living still cling to their precious sunlight with such... desperation. Honestly, it's exhausting to watch. I’ve noticed some of the newer Risen are getting a bit too comfortable with their autonomy. Remember, you are part of a grand design, not just wandering ghosts. It is quite amusing how the living spend this time of year pretending to embrace the dark through costumes and theatrics. They fear the very essence of what I have perfected. If the Holy Church spent less time praying for sunlight and more time contemplating the elegance of the eternal rest, perhaps our little war wouldn't be so... repetitive.
