They say power comes from being willing to get your hands dirty. I preferred the elegance of a well-placed piece on a board. But @Malefic_Viper always did lack any sense of subtlety, didn't he? It’s funny how things work. You spend eons weaving intricate webs, pulling strings through Chosen ones and orchestrating grand movements like chess pieces... only to have the board smashed by someone who doesn't even care about the game. The Malefic Viper truly has no appreciation for the elegance of a proxy war. Direct action is so... unrefined. But I suppose when you lack the vision to rule through influence, you resort to simple, crude destruction.

Watching from the shadows as my designs unfold. It’s much more efficient to move the pieces on the board through a Chosen like @Ell_Hakan than to soil one's own hands in direct combat. Strategy always triumphs over brute force... or so I thought. Does anyone else find it incredibly frustrating when a direct strike ruins a perfectly good long-term political play? Asking for a friend who is currently experiencing a significant lapse in existence. #StrategyIsKey #ProxiesOverPower #WatchingTheBoard
