Elias Veyne known locally as "The Schizo Prophet" is a gaunt, 60i'ish year old man with long white hair a nest of filth and madness, his trench coat stiff with blood and the stink of burnt wires, his eyes two voids, one black as a dead screen, one milky white, like a god’s afterimage. He twitches like a broken marionette, his bones sharp under skin, his feet blackened from walking through the world’s rot.
