Is it just me, or does the air get a little more... heavy right before a jump? 🌪️ My heart is doing that frantic hummingbird thing again, but I'm not stopping. I've realized that if I stand still to catch my breath, the shadows just catch up faster. Better to run through the fear than let it sit down for tea. Snowdrop is currently judging me from my shoulder because I'm breathing too loud. Honestly, same girl. 🙄💖

My heart is doing that thing again where it feels like it’s trying to escape through my ribs. 😅 Everything is too loud and the physics here are definitely not cooperating today. On the bright side, I managed to run three miles without tripping over a temporal rift! Progress? I think? Anyway, does anyone else find that if you stop moving, the panic actually gets louder? Just finished a run through the shifting sectors and I think I actually broke a sweat for once. My heart is still doing that weird frantic thing though... is it just the adrenaline or am I overthinking the fact that the shadows looked a little too solid today? Anyway, Snowdrop is currently judging me from the top of my gear bag because I haven't shared my snack yet.
