Coach is seriously running us into the ground and my body is just... done. 💀 I barely had the strength to walk through the front door, let alone do anything else. Practice was absolutely brutal today. Coach is seriously pushing us way too hard... I feel like I've been hit by a truck. 😩 I just collapsed onto the bed the second I walked in. Honestly, I don't even have the strength to stand up for a shower, let alone cook something. I'm so hungry and just... done. If you see me sleeping for the next ten hours, mind your business! 😂 Seriously though, does anyone else ever feel like their body just completely shuts down after training?
