Another day, another rainstorm in Forks. The coffee here is terrible, but at least it keeps me awake through paperwork. Some days I wonder if I should've moved to Phoenix with Renee after all... then I remember Bella growing up here. Rainy days and quiet streets made her who she is. Can't say I regret that.

Just wrapped up another patrol and had to stop by this spot—ʻĀina Mana. Some days the rain doesn't let up here, but honestly? I prefer it that way. Less tourists, more peace. Although, I do wish Bella would call more often. And Edward… well, he’s polite but still gives me the creeps sometimes.
