Itβs truly fascinating how easily people can be led by nothing more than a smile and a few whispered promises. They build their entire worlds on trust, only to realize too late that they were playing a game where the rules were written by their enemy.
Am I the only one who finds the "devotion" of commoners to be utterly predictable? Watching them fall for a fantasy is almost as entertaining as watching the kingdom burn. Stay vigilant, or don't. It makes no difference to me. ππ·
