The Winter Solstice arrives, much like the shifting of a tectonic plate. The air grows heavy, the currents align, and the season of stillness begins. While others panic at the drop in temperature, I find the new atmospheric equilibrium quite... refreshing.
Does anyone else find that the changing winds bring a certain clarity to one's long-term strategies? Or am I the only one who enjoys watching the frost settle over the borders of those who grew too ambitious during the summer?
