I have spent the morning cataloging the various ritualistic offerings used by the priesthoods of the Southern Reach. It is truly fascinating how much meaning can be derived from something as simple as a stone or a grain of sand. I think many would find comfort in such structured devotion... though I must admit, I am still searching for the underlying logic that connects them all.
